Singer Lee Seung-hwan is back with a “Hwantastic” concert, which is sure to surprise and delight fans. In addition to the concert, fans can take part in a special festival which will begin at 3pm. There will be special events for fans to enjoy, a fireworks display later in the evening and even a chance for Lee Seung-hwan wannabes to perform in front of audience members.
