This Festival will be held at the Seoul city hall square and at 11 other cities from September 4 to 30. The slogan they have is "Our Music Unlimited". The festival is free. Many popular singers would be expected to participate more actively in this festival.

Techno Lite has been in charge of the designing and the operation of the lighting system for the festival after Gugak Festival in Asia.
